Canteen Manager 

An opportunity now exists for a Canteen Manager to join our energetic team in a permanent full-time position. This role will be based at our Secondary (Hill) Campus with hours negotiated between the span of Monday to Friday 7AM – 4PM.

The successful candidate will be a hardworking professional who has:

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a Canteen or in within the hospitality industry;
  • Excellent customer service & communication skills, as well as a passion for engaging with children through to young adults;
  • Experience managing POS and online order systems with a high level of accuracy;
  • Sound knowledge of nutrition and the ability to develop a healthy and nutritious menu for the School community;
  • Basic financial management skills with the ability to manage canteen operations within our allocated budget; 
  • A solid understanding of food hygiene practices and ability to ensure high standards are met across all members of the team;
  • An ability to be organised and multi-task; 
  • An ability to lead a team and build good relationships with colleagues in a small team environment; and
  • A valid Working with Children Check.

Facilities Manager

An opportunity now exists for a Facilities Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role will be responsible for the oversight and maintenance of all School buildings and grounds keeping through effective leadership and management of a team that supports and maintains the School facilities across both the Primary and Secondary campuses. About You

You are a dedicated professional who:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing facilities and/or construction and maintenance of buildings and property. 
  • Trade qualifications in a buildings-related trade, and WHS credentials are highly desirable
  • Knowledge and experience implementing safety management practices including SWMS.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management capability in developing a competent team.
  • High level of computer literacy and administration skills as well as the capacity to produce structured detailed plans and reporting. 
  • Experience with accurate inputting, maintenance and reporting of data using automated facilities management system and/or databases;
  • Display strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively, and lead others through a practical approach to problem solving.   
  • Holds a current Driver’s License. Desirable to hold a MR or LR License; and
  • Has a valid Working with Children’s Check.

Science Teacher 

An opportunity now exists for a Science Teacher to join our team of dedicated professionals. Located within our STEM department, this full-time role is available for commencement at the beginning of Term 4 2022. An opportunity now exists for Casual Canteen Assistants to join our team. The role will work across both our Primary and Secondary campuses with hours given between the span of Monday to Friday 8AM – 2.30PM. 

About You

The successful candidate will be a hardworking professional who has:

  • Good customer service & communication skills as well as a passion for engaging with children;
  • Experience working with POS systems;
  • experience in food preparation and/ or working a hospitality setting is desirable but not essential;
  • An understanding of basic food hygiene practices;
  • An ability to be organised and multi-task; 
  • An ability to build good relationships with colleagues in a small team environment; and
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
