Top Level Achieved on Violin

We would like to congratulate William (Year 9) on a recent outstanding achievement. William has now completed Level 12 of the Suzuki Method on the Violin.

Level 12 is the final level of Suzuki and this is reached with the performance of the Violin Concerto in E minor, Op. 64 by Mendelssohn. This is a brilliant and virtuosic composition which exhibits the full technical and expressive capacity of the musician.

William has been playing the Violin since the age of six and countless hours of practice and dedication has meant that he is able to play at this highly advanced level. William will perform this work at the Sydney Opera House in October. Congratulations William!
