Dear School Community,

It is my great pleasure to help launch the next Strategic Plan for Newcastle Grammar School.

The Plan for 2023-2025 has been developed through an extensive co-design process involving the Board, Executive, school staff and groups of students, parents and alumni so that a wide range of voices could be heard.

The result is an ambitious target, a coherent plan and a number of carefully aligned initiatives to deliver over the next three years.
