Year 7 2026 has limited places available – please submit applications as early as possible.

The Process

(Kindergarten to Year 12)

The Process (Kindergarten to Year 12)

Step 1: Complete and submit the Application for Enrolment, together with payment of the Application Fee (non-refundable payment of $330.00). This holds your child’s place at Newcastle Grammar School.

Step 2: Interview with you, your son or daughter and the Head of School (for Years 5 -12) or the Head of Primary (for Kindergarten – Year 4).

Step 3: Successful applicants will be contacted by the School and an official offer of placement will be sent.

Step 4: Acceptance of offer is completed when the Entry Fee
(non-refundable has been paid).
